(1) Vendor needs to provide family homeless prevention service and assistance program to the government authority located in MN.
- Prevent homelessness.
- Reduce the duration of homelessness.
- Eliminate repeat episodes of homelessness.
- The family homeless prevention and assistance program is designed to serve families with dependent children, single adults and unaccompanied or minor parenting youth 24 years of age or younger who are either homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness.
- To provide support services and financial assistance to families, youth and singles that are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless. Funds assist households to retain or obtain housing.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on February 17, 2023.
