[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide social media and graphic design services.
- Provide social media content creation and management and graphic design services.
- To grow the number of social media engagements and the followers from the Government's target demographic audience through the creation of media and the use of available media.
- Employ social media management software, methods, and industry best practices to establish, maintain, and grow a strong, cohesive brand presence through key social media/web platforms by creating high quality content, maintaining community management, and conducting targeted digital-engagement across key platforms
- Amplifying success stories; providing timely and updated information across a broad range of installation and local community services and activities; introduce brand to target audiences, influencers, and stakeholders; measurably increase brand awareness, loyalty, and recruitment
- Include any summary information used to track quality control, including any charts/graphs.
- Make necessary travel arrangements for employees.
- Provide necessary infrastructure to support contract tasks.
- Provide administrative support to employees in a timely fashion (time keeping, leave processing, pay, emergency needs).
- Provide services for identifying, defining, delivering, and reporting on a social media engagement strategy that will grow and curate the Government's online presence
- Web page content management
- Maintain a posting schedule of two posts per day on Facebook and once per day on Instagram through the creation of unique posts or shared content from down trace units, and no less than two unique "stories" posted per week as well on both Facebook and Instagram
- Create and post no less than four unique videos per calendar month.
(2) The contract period will be for one years.
