[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide bus transportation services to the government authority located in Kentucky.
- Bus transportation for agency campers.
- Provide transportation, to and from the three agency conservation camps, for approximately 4,000 student campers.
- Pick up student campers on Mondays at pre-determined locations throughout the state, transport them to camps located.
- provide air-conditioned Vehicles for all routes.
- provide weatherproof storage for luggage either under the
bus, in a covered trailer, or in a separate vehicle.
- Required capacity for the buses or coaches is a minimum 66 for a school bus and a minimum of 47 for a motor coach.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 8, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
