[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide hr and investigation service to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI.
- Provided policies and procedures, guidelines, rules, records, documents, photographs, video, and other information. The contracted investigation services should also request any information it deems relevant to the investigation not already provided.
- For interviews not involving the Corporate Office or Region interviews may be conducted via video conference call or telephone to the extent possible and advisable given the specific circumstances of the investigation. Interviews need not be recorded (audio and video). Interviews with off-duty employees shall be arranged through the point of contact or his designee.
- Provided the Union representative is available within a reasonable time of the requested interview. It shall be the employee-interviewee’s sole responsibility to arrange for the Union representative’s attendance within a reasonable time, as determined by the interviewer after discussion with the point of contact under this contract.
- Identify, request, obtain, and submit all information as appropriate and necessary to the investigation.
- Immediately inform the point of contact under this contract of any potential criminal violations discovered during the course of an administrative investigation.
- Provide clarification and conduct follow-up on the subject investigation as requested by the point of contact and submit a revised written report as needed.
- Participate as a witness for the State as required in any internal complaint proceeding, grievance-related proceeding or legal action arising out of the subject investigation.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2023
(3) The contract will be five years.
