[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide translation, interpretation and american sign language interpretation services.
- Provide flexible Resources in meeting needs of different timelines
- Provide professional high-quality Resources
- Provide sustainable and predictable Unit Prices
- Reduce the costs of competitive procurement processes associated with the Resources on an ongoing basis
- Provide Translation and Interpretation Resources in the following languages:
a) From English and French to various languages;
b) From various languages to English and French;
c) Aboriginal languages; and
d) Other languages.
- Translation from English and French to various languages
- Translation from various languages to English and French or other languages - Translate information in various formats (e.g., writing, audio recording, online applications)
- Translation of various content including but not limited to the following:
a. General content (e.g., business, general communication, parent teacher interview)
b. Technical content (e.g., academic research paper, engineering, legal, medical)
- Translate various types of documents (e.g., books, legal documents, reports, research papers, transcripts, web content) in various formats (e.g., Adobe Portable Document Format (pdf), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel).
- Computer Assisted Translation: Computer Assisted Translation is a form of language Translation Resources in which a human translator uses a computer software application to support and facilitate the Translation process.
- Provide Translation Resources using translation memory as a CAT tool.
- ASL Interpretation Resources in two methods:
- In-person; and
- Remote (e.g., video conferencing).
(2) The contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
