[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide diversity, equity, and inclusion facilitation and planning services to assist the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Taskforce to complete its strategic plan to the government authority located in Ashland, MA.
1 Gain understanding of Ashland and DEI efforts. This shall include meeting with the Taskforce, which generally meets virtually on Thursday evenings, twice a month, reviewing DEI report and presentations,
2 Provide strategy assistance and facilitate taskforce to refine and define roadmap, with goals and objectives,
3 Assist with defining outcomes,
4 Create a written strategy that includes a implementation plan and performance measure matrix to operationalize and institutionalize action steps.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 20, 2023.
