[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide three-in-one credit services to the government authority located in Maryland.
- To assist agency with the analysis of single-family borrowers applications for homeownership loans.  - Three-in-One credit reporting services.
- Provide credit reporting services for reports inclusive of all three credit reporting agencies – Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.
- Credit reports will be provided on individual single-family borrowers who have applied to agency for a homeownership loan, to assist agency in deciding whether to approve the application for loan.
- Aggregate report of all applicants that separates them by risk
- Flagging on any report that may have been subject to identity theft.
- The report must provide source of trade information by credit line.
- Credit information provided in the form of a Residential Mortgage Credit Report
- The report must be a tri-merge report of all three credit reporting agencies on individual and joint borrowers.
- The report must provide source of trade information by credit line.
- The report must show all public record filings.
(2) A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on February 15, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 21, 2023.
