[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide state and federal grants consulting services to the government authority located in Seattle, WA.
- Consultant shall assist the port with grant research, writing and technical assistance as noted below.
- Regularly monitor regional, state and federal agency announcements of grant funding opportunities that might be relevant to the port – from environmental to workforce development to maritime.
- Identification, communication and coordination around relevant grant opportunities.
- Lead the Port’s drafting and development of non-FAA grant applications, in partnership with key division leaders, project managers and finance staff.
- Lead efforts to write letters of support for grants submitted by major municipal and nonprofit partners on topics of mutual interest.
- Support the submittal – potentially including drafting of content – for other non-grant funding opportunities, such as congressionally directed funding applications.
- As required, plan for and facilitate the development of a benefit-cost analysis for grant applications.
- Final submitted grant application with letters of support and with benefit cost analysis.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 8, 2023.
