[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide unmanned aircraft systems network public relations and marketing communication services.
- Targeted Public Relations Campaigns:
- Execute targeted PR campaigns designed to generate feature articles, inclusion in event listings, and publicity for events, promotions, and UAS activities (e.g. industry firsts, progress on network, etc.).
- Reach out to print, TV, radio, podcasts and online media outlets. Develop unique creative for four targeted public relations campaign as needed.
- Press Release Writing, Formatting and Distribution: Writing, formatting (with photos) and distributing press releases to print, online, broadcast media.
- Press Conference and Stunt Planning: Planning press conferences and stunts when appropriate to drive coverage, including speeches, event planning and co-ordination
- PR Strategy and Annual Planning: Identify target markets and provide recommendations on PR strategies, including branding, press releases, speeches, presentations, talking points, press conferences, digital media outreach, and event planning and coordination. Coordinate messaging with industry partners.
- Photo Shoot: Implement Provide basic shot list, times, onsite art direction, professional photographer and associated fees.
- Photo Editing: Photo shoot photography retouching and editing
- Social Type Set Graphic Development: Social media asset development
- Coverage Tracking and KPI Reporting: Track success of outreach efforts to determine success level and to inform decisions about efforts going forward with clear, comprehensive metrics. Deliver comprehensive monthly reports on website and social activity.
