(1) Vendor needs to provide technical support services for green stormwater infrastructure performance monitoring and testing, responsible data management, and web application development to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.
- Experience performing groundwater sampling, specimen collection, or other environmental field operations
- Information technology, computer science, and/or a similar field  
- Collection of GSI water level monitoring data and performance testing of GSI to improve understanding of various types of GSI and identify issues in performance
- Management and organization of databases comprised of GSI monitoring data and fieldwork activities.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on February 9, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 16, 2023.
