[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide digital media marketing services to increase attendance during the first weekend of Fair and maintain attendance on our second weekend. While targeting the non-traditional Fair and Rodeo audience, the northern tier, an enhanced digital marketing campaign will help us achieve the following:
- Augment, customize and optimize our existing marketing strategy and associated budget by determining how and where to reach key audiences by leveraging specific events
- Provide feedback and recommendations that target and prioritize key populations and demographics and strategies to grow attendance for specific events
- Identify market trends and key strategies and ability to measure success
- Strategically align our attendance and revenue goals with the digital marketing strategy to support it
- Vendor will not be permitted use of County assets such as social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Mail Chimp, Next Door, etc.), but County will align advertising strategy with these assets with chosen vendor to enhance marketing
- County to continue utilizing our assets such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Mail Chimp, Next Door etc. to align advertising strategy with selected vendor that will not have access to these platforms
- County to build a media relations strategy related to first weekend with print and TV to support overall goal
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 14, 2023
