[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide rebranding, marketing, and outreach services.
- Provide the creative development of printed materials, videos, website development, and other marketing and outreach resources, as well as the design and implementation of a marketing campaign to include a new logo, digital, and social media.
- This campaign is intended to reach pregnant and parenting individuals and the families (including kinship families, foster families, and resource families) surrounding their infants and children, eligible for developmental and educational support through Early Intervention for state.
- Develop a rebranding and strategic marketing communications and outreach plan focused on the development and implementation of a statewide awareness campaign for Early Intervention for state and associated services, which includes all materials, and messaging associated with the rebranding, marketing communications, outreach plan, and key dates/milestones.
- A campaign to distribute rebranding, marketing communications, and outreach Materials designed to increase awareness of and enrollment in Early Intervention for state services, including both print and digital media.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 7, 2023.
