Vendor needs to provide marketing and branding services to lead a comprehensive marketing and re-branding project over a 12-16-month timeframe for design and execution of a comprehensive marketing and re-branding strategy that results in usable documents to guide the community’s internal and external outreach efforts.
- Create and deliver a refined brand that reflects the agency’s current situation and vision for the future
- Create a corresponding branding guide that will allow the agency to carry-on and grow its new brand
- Present a draft brand and branding guide to the agency for feedback and incorporate feedback into final product
- Branding guide will support the agency’s continued use of the brand to meet its key objectives now and into the future.
- Official logo creation and rules for logo usage
- Business card, letterhead, and all relevant design templates
- Social media post templates
- Visual identity guidelines color palette, typography and font, etc.
- Brand tone and voice
- Specifications for photos, artwork, icons and other imagery
- When, where, and how to use the brand
- How to carry on the Brand
- How to evaluate your Brand and stay relevant
- Marketing strategy will assist the agency in meeting its key community marketing objectives
- Marketing strategy will identify and direct the agency’s internal and external outreach to help fortify its brand
- Marketing strategy will aim to increase community appeal to those within and outside of the region
- Key messages and marketing messages
- Social media strategy and recommendations
- Traditional media strategy and recommendations
- Ready to use marketing templates for social media and other use
- Proposed budget for annual marketing efforts
- The creation of various lists as requested by the MD, including but not limited to:
a. Media lists
b. Tradeshow lists
c. Potential advertising opportunities
d. Potential software to support marketing efforts
- Implementation of certain aspects of the marketing strategy.
