[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide website development and migration services.
- To hire a vendor to work with key members of their staff on the agency website to improve user experience, search rankings, expand marketing department features, revenue tracking capabilities, and drive additional organic search traffic to the Academic Programs pages to increase visibility on Google and ultimately enrolments.
- The initial strategy involves completing a “foundation layer” of pages of initial best practices designed to provide strong structure, data analytics, and search engine presence.
- This layer will be built on WordPress CMS and utilize a commercial framework theme that extends the SEO abilities of WordPress, as well as technical abilities of WordPress to take it from a simplistic blogging platform to a full commercial ready platform.
- Ability to expand efforts and more effectively implement targeted digital advertising and “content marketing” landing pages and funnels with the core SEO work built in during page construction.
- To help the Academic Programs drive more traffic to conversion focused landing pages and increase online exposure to drive enrolments.
-The new website to be on WordPress and specifically hosted by WP Engine, which already hosts a number of state sites as well as meets our internal security requirements.
- Vendor would be be responsible for designing the new foundation layer of pages
- Vendor would also copy over existing needed content from the OmniUpdate to WordPress. Currently there are 141 academic program sections
