(1) Vendor needs to provide office floors construction services to the government authority located in One UN Plaza, NY.
- Services includes but is not limited to demolition, construction of new office fronts,
installation of new ceiling grids, lighting, and carpets.
- Offeror’s should only contact designated staff regarding this procurement and designated staff are required to obtain certain information when contacted.
- The building will be occupied and operational throughout the duration of the project and temporary measures to facilitate uninterrupted access and building services may be required.
- Ten years of experience and proven track record providing construction services for projects of comparable scope, size, and complexity in City.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
