[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide courtroom and case preparation support services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.
- Presently employees at least 15 Arabic linguists with active top secret or sensitive compartmented
information security clearance.
- Linguists are qualified to perform consecutive interpretation, translation, and transcription services.
- Presently employees at least 8 Arabic linguists with active top secret or sensitive compartmented
information security clearance.
- The aforementioned linguists were tested within the past 5 years through a certified language testing
institution, with a language proficiency skills test result of level 3 (consecutive) and level 4 (simultaneous) or equivalent in the four basic communications skills (listening, reading, writing, and
speaking).
- The Contractor must currently have an active top security facility security clearance.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 27, 2023.
