[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide audiovisual equipment installation and maintenance service to the government authority located in Temecula, CA.
- End-user interface controllable via wall mount, or other easy to use interface.
- Video camera and speaker to accommodate web-based videoconferencing.
- A wall-mounted display, approximately 65”.
- Ability to share a screen or presentation from the city provided workstation (to be mounted behind the screen) or wirelessly from a laptop using a Microsoft display adapter or similar.
(2) An optional job-walk will be held on February 03, 2023.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than February 3, 2023.
(4) A proponent information conference will be held on January 31, 2023.
