[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide communications and outreach service to assist in the community engagement aspects in the development of the 2035 plan of conservation development, equity and resilience.
- Consist of defining the engagement and communication strategy and overseeing implementation a broad-reaching effort to meaningfully engage residents in participation and leadership of the plan.
• Preparation of engagement plan
• Schedule and conduct of various outreach tasks: focus groups, surveys, meetings
• Attendance at neighborhood meetings with city staff
• Coordination with community outreach partners
• Presentation of progress reports at steering committee meetings
• Synthesis of discovery phase feedback for dream and design phase
(2) An intent to respond will be due on February 13, 2023.
(3) Contract term will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
