[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide staff development and material services to the government authority located in Texas.
- To provide a predetermined set of criteria representing our educational requirements.
- Improve and increase teachers’ knowledge of the academic subjects the teachers teach, and enable teachers to become highly qualified if they are teaching in a federal core content area;
- Provide training for teachers in the use of technology so that technology and technology applications are effectively used in the classroom to improve teaching and learning in the curricula and federal core academic subjects in which the teachers teach;
- Be reviewed for high quality and evaluated after completion to determine if the intended results were achieved.
- Professional development content should focus on developing teachers into lifelong learners that seek feedback and growth opportunities to develop, lead, and collaborate. It should support in the continual development of content and pedagogy knowledge necessary for teaching diverse learners.
- Professional development content should focus on developing teachers into literacy developers who can design and facilitate learning experiences that develop the necessary skills for fluent reading, writing, speaking, and communicating across the content areas.
- Professional development content should focus on developing teachers into mathematical developers who can design and facilitate learning experiences that develop the necessary skills for fluency, numeracy, computational thinking and problem solving.
- Professional development content should focus on developing teachers into science developers who can design and facilitate learning experiences that develop the necessary skills for inquiry, investigation and justification.
- improving the instruction and assessment of ELs;
- Enhancing the ability of teachers, principals, other school leaders of the understanding and implementation of curricula, assessment practices and measures, and instructional strategies for ELs;
- Increasing proficiency of ELs by increasing the teacher’s subject matter knowledge and skills; and
- Teachers which is of intensity and duration that has a positive and lasting impact onthe teachers’ performance in the classroom

- Professional Development should support the teachers with learning and using efficient instructional strategies for reading and math development.
-Professional Development should help the teachers develop skills in matching instruction to assessment.
- Professional Development should support the teachers with learning and using strategies for providing intervention and ongoing progress monitoring to students with dyslexia and related disorders.
- Professional development should provide school counsellors with training on the implantation of trauma-informed and grief-informed practices in schools.
- Professional development should provide school counsellors with training on completing the school behavioural threat assessment.
- Develop student learning goals
- Collects, tracks, and uses student data to drive instruction
- Designs effective lesson plans, units and assessments
- Facilitates organized, student-centered, objective-driven lessons
- Checks for students’ understanding and responds to students’ misunderstanding
- Differentiates instruction for student needs by employing a variety of instructional strategies
- Engages students in work that develops higher-level thinking skills
- Maximizes instructional time
- Students actively participating in lesson activities
- Sets and implements discipline management procedures
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 8, 2023
(3) The contract will be two years.
