[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide removal and installation of signage service to the government authority located in Texas.
- Repair of holes from removal of existing anchor rods: Fill holes with high strength non-shrink grout such as SikaGrout 212. Refer to attached data sheet and Grouting specification.
- Repair of cracks in the concrete wall: Repair cracks larger than 1/16” by epoxy injection with high modulus epoxy adhesive such as Sikadur-35 Hi-Mod LV. Refer to attached data sheet and Concrete Rehabilitation specification.
- Letters and numbers to be 24 inches tall, at least 2” deep in Burnt PMCS 7585C, Champion Liteweight font, and include apostrophes for the abbreviated years listed.

- Lettering to be centered on the façade    
- Signage to be spaced out evenly across the façade.
- These are to be printed vinyl and raised letters on dibond panels 120” wide and 24” tall.

- Provide pricing for these signs as face lit inclusive of the cost to run and terminate the power needed to support these signs.
- Furnish written proof of insurance upon award. Contractor must furnish written proof of commercial general liability and workman’s compensation insurance within five (5) days of execution of Service Agreement.
- Obtain, file, and keep in effect all necessary permits, licenses and notices required for performance. Copies of any permits and licenses must be provided to requested department.
- Provided dedicated staff to provide services.
- Furnish written proof of insurance upon award. Contractor must furnish written proof of commercial general liability and workman’s compensation insurance within five days of execution of service agreement.
- Obtain, file, and keep in effect all necessary permits, licenses and notices required for performance. Copies of any permits and licenses must be provided to requested department.
- Provided dedicated staff to provide services.
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on January 26, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2023
