City with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA.
- Provide structured supervision to staff employed under this Agreement and provide documentation of the meetings monthly to agency via secure e-mail.
- Provide all required documentation according to the timelines established.
- Refer Consumers to Contractor who opt to have Contractor as their chosen Case Manager.
- Bill the appropriate payer based on documentation submitted by Contractor.
