[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal solid waste, yard waste, recycling collection and disposal services of the collection and disposal of refuse from various residential and municipal properties in town to the government authority located in Poolesville, MD.
- Residents will provide their own trash receptacle.
- Once per week, the contractor shall provide collection of yard waste (lawn clippings, leaves, and other vegetation) that is segregated from other solid waste and contained in a craft paper bag or a reusable container not exceeding 45 lbs or 32 gallons and clearly identified to contain yard and garden waste.
 - This will include the coming of all types of recyclable materials (cardboard, paper, plastics, glass, etc.) into one container.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 10, 2023.
(3) Contract term will be five years.
