[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide building assessment and conceptual design services to the government authority located in Maryland.
- Provide a foundation for the eventual renovation of agency.
- Provide the estimated cost of resolving them as part of the building renovation project.
- Provide the estimated cost of addressing these matters.
- Provide design options for increasing the usability of the building’s meeting space, including opening up the building interior at the rear, and the associated cost of each option.
- Delineate recommended upgrades to MEP systems, lighting, acoustics, and audio-visual capabilities and provide cost estimates for the same.
- Provide options for upgrading the existing warming or catering kitchen to enhance its functionality and the associated cost of the recommended upgrade.
- Identify possible fire suppression measures that can be incorporated in the building renovation plans and the anticipated cost of incorporating the measures.
- Provide alternative site landscaping options that would enhance appearance of site and minimize maintenance requirements by town staff, as well as anticipated cost of the same.
- Emergency generator and the estimated cost of such installation, including any required electrical system upgrades.
- Prepare up to three conceptual designs.
- Conceptual design should reflect the reconfiguration of the current building footprint.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 6, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 16, 2023.
