Vendor needs to provide strategic communications and consultation service for a local option sales tax city referendum.
- Development of core messaging about the projects and referendum;
- A month‐by‐month communications plan for the period between June 2023 and December 2023;  
- Training session for city personnel to prepare for media and presentations related to the projects and referendum;
- Creation, design, and content of a microsite to serve as the city’s project and referendum website, including regular content updates to the project microsite;
- Public information program about the projects and referendum, utilizing city tools such as newsletters and social media;
- Fact sheets describing the projects and referendum details;
- Slide presentation for community meetings;  
- A meeting with council members to provide training about the public information and community engagement program;
- Ongoing management of referendum communication services;
- Monthly article and graphic material for publication in city newsletters;
- Press releases or columns for local media, as needed;
- Mailer to all households regarding the projects and referendum;
- Community events and open houses;
- Answers to frequently asked questions; and
- Regular social media posts for city’s social media accounts.
