[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide printing and delivery service for university newspaper to the government authority located in St. Paul, MN.
- The reporter is to be published twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday during the regular academic year and every other Wednesday during the summer sessions. The reporter reserves the right to publish every week or not at all during the summer.
- The reporter reserves the right to drop publications to one issue a week during the academic year with a 30-day notice.
- The reporter also reserves the right to publish special sections to be printed and delivered.
- The reporter reserves the right to publish special issues if needed during the academic year and over the summer. Futures magazine is a glossy covered orientation magazine to be printed, stapled and delivered.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 17, 2023.
(3) A contract period will be for five years.
