[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide interior and exterior signage services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- Provide these signs and installation services.
- Contractor shall manufacture, deliver, and install interior and exterior signs in State owned buildings as applicable.
- Workstation sign – large including panel clip
- Small informational sign
- Conference room sign
- Large restroom sign
- Exterior stair identification sign
- Large directory sign
- Floor sign holder
- Building entrance door graphic
- Desk top sign
- Parking sign
- Frost stripping
- All graphics printed by the contractor shall be provided by the state.
- Includes interior and exterior non-illuminated directional, control, and informational signage as complete integrated modular system.
- Signage requiring tactile graphics
- All other signs providing direction to or information about function of space such as, directional signs, informational signs, regulatory signs and ceiling and projected wall mount signs.
- Excluded signage
- Evidence of manufacturer's computerized data program for tracking of Project for sign typography, message strip requirements and other pertinent data from schedule input to final computerized typography on finished product.
(2) A Pre-response Conference had been held on January 9, 2023.
(3) All questions had been submitted no later than January 12, 2023.
(4) The contract period will be for three years.
