[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide graphic, web and digital design and development service using Joomla, WordPress, Drupal, Magento, Zen cart and content management system and must be compatible with mobile application, SEO and social media.
1. Graphic design, support and maintenance:
- Provide creative and graphic design services in all formats, including print, digital, website, social media and mobile application.
- Deliver professional, high-quality design, layout, typesetting and proofing for all work products required.
- Design creative and engaging content, including infographics, to be used on social media channels, mobile applications, website and other areas.
- Create marketing and outreach materials using a variety of methods including, illustration, photography and web-based graphic projects.
2. Website design, hosting, development, support and maintenance:
- Utilize current trends in website development in both the public and private sector to provide a website architecture that is accessible, easy to use and engaging to the visitor.
- Provide a best-in-class search engine or navigation for information accessibility, searchability and optimization.
- Incorporate multimedia imagery in the website design including high-definition photography and video.
- Web design shall include custom development, programming, coding, updating, maintenance and support for all pages.
- Provide motion graphics, web hosting and cPanel setup and maintenance, UI and UX design and website customization, maintenance and support in content management software (CMS), including Joomla, WordPress, Drupal, Magento and Zen cart.
3. Web or mobile application design, development, support and maintenance:
- Design and develop custom web and mobile applications, including Facebook Aps and social media API development.
- Applications shall be formatted for all platforms, including but not limited to iOS, iPhone, Android, hybrid and iPad and Android tablets.
- Enable updating the applications on an as-needed basis by facilitating content creation and editing in a user-friendly content management system interface.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 18, 2023.
