[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide payroll services for temporary employees to the government authority located in South Dakota.
- Provides services to individuals with disabilities to assist them with learning the soft skills needed to enter employment.  Individuals have the opportunity to participate in paid work experiences where VR pays the wages and workers’ compensation benefits for them to participate in a work experience within their community.  
- Invoice the appropriate Vocational Rehabilitation field office according to services provided as specified on the Agency Purchase Authorization forms.  Include a copy of the signed timesheet with the invoice.  
- Offeror provides a time-keeping system to allow for weekly or bi-weekly pay checks to participants.
- Employment experiences will continue to be found and supported through the current written agreements between Vocational Rehabilitation, School Districts and Educational Cooperatives and approved employment specialists.    
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 23, 2023.
