[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning services.
1. Scan and index case files with all the pages within the case files indexed by one (1) unique identifier; or
2. Scan and index the case files directly into Child Support Enforcement’s Electronic Case File within the Kentucky Online Gateway with the unique identifier and a document type in accordance with proposed categories (naming conventions) such as case initiation, administrative actions, judicial proceedings, etc. and proposed subcategories such as applications, income withholding orders, Complaint or Petition, etc.
1. The solution must be web-based.
2. The solution must be accessible from almost any operating system.
3. No mandatory client software is needed.
4. Licensing per server, not per seat.
5. No limitation on the number of documents
6. Scanned documents are converted to a PDF file format.
7. The solution supports all file types.
8. The solution can handle standard letter and legal size documents as well as non-standard sized documents such as a driver’s license, health insurance card, etc.
9. Support for the product or solution must be local.
10. No proprietary file formats.
11. No proprietary databases or hardware required.
12. No encrypted index data.
13. Supports Twain standards.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 6, 2022.
