[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide solid waste collection services to the government authority located in LaGrange, GA.
- The contractor will collect on a weekly basis all properly prepared garbage from each residence subscribing to collection services on the designated collection day that is contained in a single garbage receptacle provided to each resident by the contractor.
- Solid waste collection will typically occur at the curb; however, the contractor will provide back-door collection services at no additional cost for those customers that can provide documentation from their health care provider that prevents them from placing the cart in the designated area.
- Basic services shall also include collection of residential solid waste from customers at least once per week at the convenience centers operated by the contractor.
- Basic services shall also include collection of up to 5 cubic yards of bulky items or bulky waste from customers at least once per week at the convenience centers operated by the contractor.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on December 14, 2022.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than January 04, 2023.
(4) A contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
