Vendor needs to provide information technology consultant and support services to the government authority located in Hopatcong, NJ.
- Associated network hardware and software required.
- Set up of internet, email account, and upgrade of systems including a backup recovery solution
- Network Administration & Troubleshooting
- Configure firewalls for maximum security and flexibility
- Keep server up to date and secured
- Create user accounts and manage security policies
- Desktop System Installation and Support
- Assist staff with various computer related questions to ensure smooth day-to-day
- Install and set up new and rebuilt computers. including installing Windows and any necessary software. setting them up on the network, setting them up for backups
- Adjusting email client settings
- Make sure all machines are up to date and free of viruses and spyware
- Available to address disasters/major mission critical events. - Management of Microsoft Exchange Server- and management of Data Cove backup server for Exchange
- Management of Firewall on Server Managing all Error Logs on any servers.
- Work with Township Employee for putting together short-term and long-term capital IT plan and IT budget.
