[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide occupational demand and supply outlook models that will provide forecasts on: occupational demand, supply, and immigration levels at the one, three and five-digit levels
1. Occupational demand model
- Provide details of the occupational demand model and all relevant components that would be used to produce labour demand occupational forecasts.
- Provide and identify all data sources, their limitations and solutions to ensure the labour demand forecasts are more accurately predicted.
2. Occupational supply model
- Provide details of the occupational supply model and all relevant model components including estimates that would be used to forecast labour supply.
- Provide and identify all data sources, their limitations and solutions to ensure the labour supply forecasts are more accurately predicted.
- All other data that will be used in the proposed occupational supply model must be provided including data by four and five-digit for all model components.
3. Immigration requirement (AIR) model
- Provide and describe a modelling approach to forecast immigration base and optimal requirements that aligns with occupational demand and supply outlook results.
4. Develop an occupational demand and supply modelling tool
- The tool will have all final models, sub-models, data both historical and forecasts.
- The tool must be able to generate occupational demand and supply results/outputs
that can be manipulated in Microsoft excel
- The tool must provide a user-friendly interface that will allows users easy
access to run different scenarios.
