[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide after-hours services and stat lab services for state hospital to the government authority located in Texas.
- Provide patient and employee stat and after-hours testing services for regional clinical laboratory, housed at state hospital.
- Provide transport of specimens from the state hospital to the contractor’s laboratory.
- After-hours testing would be Monday through Friday, 4 p.m. to 6 a.m.; Saturdays, 3 p.m. to 7 a.m.; Sundays; and all major holidays
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2022.
