• Provide city leadership with easy access and on-demand visibility to project status information in real time
• Provide a centralized and intuitive solution for all branches and departments to submit new project requests for prioritization, budget planning, and approval
• Provide project portfolio management tools and processes that are intuitive and easy to adopt across all departments by people of all skill levels
• Provide change management tools and processes that facilitate citywide communication, knowledge, and the ability for stakeholders to successfully adopt and maintain change
• Provide customized on-demand training materials for business processes and information systems that can be loaded on the city training platform to support the ongoing training needs for existing and future staff
• Promote collaborative project management and change management citywide
• Promote continuous improvement for project and change management processes
• Eliminate manual project management processes and redundant systems
• Expand data-driven decision making for projects across the organization
• Support project portfolio management data analytics and business intelligence citywide
• Use digital systems to improve sustainability, enhance energy efficiency and reduce the city’s carbon footprint
