Vendor needs to provide the collection, processing, hosting, analysis, review, production, and presentation of case discovery, including both Electronically Stored Information (ESI) and paper documents, for various types of legal matters including, but not limited to, investigations and litigation involving the Agency. The Agency is seeking to gather descriptive, technical, delivery, platform specific, and pricing information for eDiscovery software and services.
- Vendor is to provide a secure web-based conduit by which the Agency can disclose all the investigative materials to defense counsel (as opposed to burning discs, flash drives, etc.). This web-based solution should provide a stream able link for all the digital evidence
- The web-based solution should have the ability to provide an electronic confirmation by which the Agency can confirm the disclosure and receipt of all discovery materials sent via the web-based solution.
- Vendor shall provide unlimited cloud-based storage solution to house all materials referenced above for every case processed by the Agency (that is received, filed, not-filed and disposed cases).
- Ability to edit video files directly in the cloud (clipping, muting, stitching videos, etc.) and can track multiple versions of the edited files.
- Provide a document viewer that easily and quickly opens a variety of file types such as .docx, .pdf, .jpeg etc. without the need to download the file and open them locally
