(1) Vendor needs to provide creation of rules and regulations for oversight of pharmacy benefits management (PBM) services to the government authority located in Albany, NY.
- Reviewing the status of the law as it relates to the licensure of PBM’s (both state and federal);
- Attending public hearings, as appropriate, to track and analyze public comments;
- Producing a legal opinion from a law firm that outlines the risks of the proposed comprehensive regulations;
- Creating all license document forms;
- Producing a training manual for staff and
- Meeting on a regular basis with either remotely or in-person.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2022.
