(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial-off-the-shelf business filling system to improve and provide online services to the public including (but not limited to): the submission of online forms for all entity types; electronic notification for yearly reporting requirements (for all entity types); online annual reports and statements (for all entity types); online copy and certificate order system; business entity search; name availability; annual reporting; and, data subscriptions.
- The system must also allow for submissions via paper, in person, and telephonic orders for copies and certificates.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 22, 2022.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 15, 2022.
