[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide technical assistance, consultation, and training service for assistance in transition from homelessness to the government authority located in Maryland.
- Develop a training curriculum to address the following topics in serving individuals who are diagnosed with a mental illness and who are experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of experiencing homelessness.
- Incorporate adult learning theory and principles into the design and delivery of webinars in order to actively engage participants through interactive activities, informal assessment, learning feedback, and discussion.
- Deliver the training curriculum to PATH providers by both virtual webinars and an all-day virtual conference. Training delivered will be recorded for future Department use.
- Maintain monthly contact and provide emergency contact for the duration of the contract to provide consultation and technical assistance as needed.
- BHA must pre-approve all training content and materials, including but not limited to learning objectives, presentation slides, resources, and activities before training is provided to stakeholders at least 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled training dates. Training content and materials shall not endorse specific products, product lines, or services of manufacturer, distributor, or service provider nor be used as an opportunity for advertisement or self-promotion. Please note that it is the Offeror’s responsibility to make available to BHA in electronic format all training content and materials, as defined above, prior to the scheduled training dates.
- Continuing education credits should be offered for all training provided under this procurement.
- Offeror should also be able to accommodate individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing if interruption services are requested by attendees.
