[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal refuse collection services to the government authority located in Milliken, CO.
- Provide service for the collection of Refuse to each residence one time per week.
- Continuation with the current schedule of collection on Monday of each week is preferred but can be changed if needed. Containers shall be placed for pickup by six-thirty (6:30) a.m. on the designated collection day.
- Service shall be limited to one 96-gallon poly cart, per week.
- Provide information to the Town about the types and sizes of bins that they can provide to the customers, and how changes in bin sizes will be accommodated.
- Provide for the collection of recyclable waste as part of the basic service.
- The following materials shall be collected as part of the curbside recycling services: cardboard, newspaper, office paper, magazines and catalogues, aluminum cans, steel (tin) cans, #1 and #2 plastic bottles, mixed color glass jars and bottles. Additional options should be noted.
- Provide an annual curbside, bulk waste collection as well as annual clean-up days costs to compare pricing on what the Town would like to do.
- Provide regular reports showing all amounts collected
