[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide pandemic unemployed assistance overpayments and collections services and solution
- The current Salesforce Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) application requires functionality to process Overpayments and perform collections activity on PUA claims
- The system must also interface with other Departments/Agencies and Reporting capabilities.
- To achieve the following Business Value(s): Recovery of Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) and related Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation (FPUC) overpayments.
- To bill claimants with overpayments, and collect voluntary and involuntary monies to reduce and eliminate overpayment balances.
- The new solution will provide capabilities to send overpayment determinations and bills to claimants, allow claimants to appeal determinations, and staff to manage appeals, set up payment plans, and to accept payments. Information relevant to overpayment balances will be current on staff and claimant portals
- The Non-Functional Requirements include requirements for the following: Hosting, Application solution, Security, Salesforce.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2022.
