[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide EEY integrated pest management program services to the government authority located in Memphis, TN.
- Develop, establish, and maintain an Integrated Pest Management program
- To accomplish the development, monitoring, trapping, pesticide application, pest removal and provide recommendations of an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program
- Inspection, monitoring, and identification of pests and population size.
- Inspecting structures and surrounding areas to determine the scope of the infestation and to identify conditions contributing to the problem.
- Structural and procedural modification to reduce food, water, harborage, and access used by pests.
- Implementing pest elimination measures tailored to the site.
- Utilizing non-pesticide technologies such as trapping and monitoring devices.
- Using pesticide compounds, formulations, and application methods that present the lowest hazard to humans and the environment.
(2) A site visit will be held on August 23, 2022.
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
(4) This bid is set aside for total small business.
