(1) Vendor needs to provide CCTV maintenance contract service to maintain current factory sponsored technical and software support for Lenel and HID brand PACS system, Avigilon brand CCTV system and Bosch IDS (intrusion detection system) during the service agreement period to the government authority located in West Virginia.
a. Software versions
b. Equipment model numbers and bill of material
c. Equipment serial numbers (whenever available)
d. Equipment IP addresses and MAC addresses (will keep this confidential as directed by VAMC)
e. Date of inspection/testing of each component
f. Maintain this information as equipment may be moved, replaced, added, or removed
(2) This bid is Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)
