[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide armed security guard services to the government authority located in TX.
- The security guard must be commissioned with two years of previous security experience. The two years of security experience can be substituted if the individual has prior peace officer or military experience.
- The security guard shall acknowledge all visitors and staff entering and leaving the facility.
- The security guard must have the ability to prepare written reports that convey complete and accurate information.
- The security guard telephone calls must be limited to emergency and official business use only. Collect and long-distance calls are not permitted. Misuse of agency phone, computer, copiers, or any other state property shall lead to termination of the employee.
- The security guards shall protect the contracting agency facilities against fire, theft, damage, vandalism, and trespassing. The security guard will check all interior areas of facility before going off duty to ascertain if any staff and or clients remain in the building. The security guards shall check all exterior doors to ensure the building is locked and secure and if noted, report any areas of concern to the agency representative or designee.
- The security guard shall maintain a daily log of all persons entering and leaving the building after normal office hours. Agency employees will sign in at the receptionist area and other locations as the need arises.
- The security guard must maintain order in the main lobby. Only authorized personnel shall be allowed past secure doors.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 11, 2022.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
