- Activity reports with customizable fields and workflows
- GIS files for the City to analyze by year and/or period including historical data going back
- Violations report
- Alerts regarding late payments, ownership transfers, and other issues
- Flagging payment issues regarding a significant drop in gross receipts
- Property data analytics for revenue and occupancy statistics including court-defensible case history evidence and notes
- Provide periodic reports and analysis to support HOT audits and other enforcement investigations.
- able to send out notices when permit requirements are updated
- Ability to distinguish between different STR bookings, including frequency, number of guests, and lengths of stay
- 24/7 complaint hotline.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on June 28, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 5, 2022.
