- Temporary debris storage and reduction site (TDSRS) - management and operations
- Grinding (reduction of storm generated debris)
- Incineration (reduction of storm generated debris)
- Haul-out of reduced debris to final disposal site
- Final disposal sites
- Removal of hazardous leaning trees and hanging limbs
- Removal of hazardous stumps
- Household hazardous waste removal, transport, and disposal
- Electronic waste
- Abandoned vehicle removal
- Animal carcass removal and disposal
- ROW white goods debris removal
- Freon removal
- Asbestos removal
