[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide hybrid outpatient treatment services for short-Doyle medi-cal (SD/MC) certified mental health clinic to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.
- Contractor shall provide a SD/MC-certified outpatient mental health clinic, which includes urgent walk-in services, transition age youth (TAY) specific services for persons age 18-25, Supported Employment services, mobile outreach team, and a full array of mental health outpatient services to serve persons age 18+ who have SMI. Specialized service components shall include:
1. Urgent Walk-In
2. Transitional Age Youth Services
3. Older Adult Services
4. Supported Employment (SE)
5. Mobile Outreach
6. Weekend capability
7. Older adult outreach services (OAOS) component, providing short-term clinical outreach for persons age 60 and over who may be at risk due to mental health issues
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2022
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
(4) Pre-bid meeting will be held on June 28, 2022
