- Breakdown of costs for each audit (fiscal year-end and Municipal Annual Expenditure report), including a breakdown of travel and other out-of-pocket costs as applicable for each year.
- A proposal response form has been provided as a suggested form. It is important to specify the total costs for each year as well as a breakdown of those costs
- Expertise of the audit firm and audit team that will be working on the audit
- References or feedback received from other clients in providing similar services
- Proposed audit strategy
- Proposed audit timing
