(1) Vendor needs to provide vending machine services to the government authority located in New City, NY.
- Shall be responsible for the proper sanitation, care and safe maintenance of all vending machines.
- Vending machines installed may only dispense confectionery products, fruits, baked goods and beverages that meet all federal, state and local health and safety standards.
- Absolutely no soda, candy, gum, mints, fruit roll-ups, golden grahams cereal bar, rice krispies treats or cinnamon toast crunch cereal bars are to be vended.
(2) A contract period will be for one year.
