(1) Vendor needs to provide promoting social connections funding application survey services to the government authority located in Wisconsin.
- The agency funded under this survey will be responsible for providing consultation to the agency and other partners on how to foster positive social connections for maternal and child health populations within our existing public health infrastructure and programs.
- Provide support to all agencies throughout state pursuing social connection work with Title V funding, including providing content-area expert consultation on how to promote social connections, and convening quarterly learning community calls and collaboration
- Coordinate and cross-promote statewide social connections-related initiatives
- Prioritize equity and actively incorporate community voice into program planning, and provide related technical assistance to other agencies (including DHS) working on promoting social connections
