[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide ocean fiber marketing director or firm to lead branding and communications related.
- Support the ocean fiber project with a marketing solution that maximizes the support and results while providing a platform that supports an accelerated return on investment (ROI) through a seamless integration with a sales integration solution.
- Develop and implement an integrated solution for branding, messaging, strategic marketing, communications, digital marketing, sales enablement, events management, public relations, employee and client experience, and analyst relations in support of the Project;
- Review, support and update the project’s existing go-to-market strategy and plan as needed.  Provide annual updates as required.
o The CMO shall provide a detailed execution plan to support the go-to-market plan through support of digital marketers, graphic designers, copywriters, event planners, web designers and developers, SEO specialists, and other marketing experts;
- Review, support and update the Project’s existing developed brand, visual and verbal identity, brand reputation, and other brand management responsibilities defined in the go-to-market plan.
o Update, maintain and manage the brand’s visual and verbal identity and brand reputation in the market;
- Develop, update, and maintain a messaging platform, brand story, and internal and external marketing in support of the Project, including brand-level messaging, brand personality, brand positioning, brand pillars, brand purpose, audience-level messaging, project-service messaging, elevator-pitch, tagline, and boiler plate;
- Develop a consistent messaging and strategic campaign execution through the integration of and management of all digital channels to support Project marketing and sales activities.
o Update and maintain the digital infrastructure, including but not limited to a website, organic and paid social media, SEO and SEM,  e-mail marketing, and other marketing automation and CRM systems needed to support Project marketing and sales activities, including creation of a new audience-focused website, maintenance of web content to ensure that updated content is readily available for customer consumption, and management of all social media and e-mail marketing based on communications plans;
- Develop and maintain all sales enablement materials including marketing collateral.
o Develop and manage account-based marketing programs, lead generation programs, brand awareness campaigns, advertising programs, and influencer and channel partner, community and customer marketing programs;
- Develop and manage content marketing and thought leadership to demonstrate deep knowledge of customer needs and long-term commitment to future relevant technology;
- Provide and manage photographers, videographers and motion graphic specialists for videos, flythroughs, collateral, and other tactical marketing deliverables as outlined in the go-to-market plan;
- Support and participate, as required, customer meetings, solicit feedback, and adapt messaging and materials accordingly;
- Develop a recommendation for the procurement of an external public relations (PR) firm (subject to board-level approval).
o Develop and maintain the strategic PR and communications plan, manage PR for the Project, including community engagement, events, awards, speaking engagements, and other press or media activities;
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate timely attendance, participation, presentation, or other engagement of owner and owner representatives in relevant industry or customer events, conferences, tradeshows, meetings, or other appropriate forums, including advanced preparation of presentation materials, event or booth registration, booth setup, networking events, analytics and reporting, scheduling of individual meetings, travel arrangements and scheduling, and sales visits and administrative support prior to, during and after the events;
- Update and refine and manage the go-to-market marketing strategy, marketing operations, marketing budget, market research and all other strategic and tactical marketing and communications activities outlined in the go-to-market plan.
o Include marketing automation and marketing administrative support.
- Create and manage customer experience and customer marketing programs once customers are acquired; and
- Develop quarterly reporting in coordination and collaboration with the owner representatives to the board of directors based on marketing analytics.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 4, 2022.
(3) A receipt confirmation will be due on April 18, 2022.
